Please bring in any referral forms and x-rays from your dentist to our office.

For minors, the child's parent or legal guardian must be present to allow us to do the consultation or procedure.

On your initial visit you will have a thorough dental and medical evaluation.  Depending on this evaluation the procedure may be done at the same time or may have to be scheduled for a later date.

If you are anticipating IV sedation or general anesthesia, do not eat or drink after at least 6 hours prior to the procedure and arrange for a driver to take you home.
